If Uhaul Corporate is going to switch drop off locations internally. Communicate with the customer before drop off date. It was found that management made a switch on the app and I already had turned it in to my contracted location Wauconda. We wasted over an hour trying to figure out what was going on so we don’t get charged. We didn’t want to call uhaul because you will charge an additional $20 just to talk to someone. Fortunately your pickup and supposed drop off locations were amazing and worked with us. Good job Island Lake IL. Great team! Wauconda we have rented for a long time and they were closed although great team there as well.
