The driveway wasn’t shoveled, we got stuck and kept sliding out with the uhaul. Ended up needing to search for a shovel to dig ourselves out of the snow but then the ice was slippery so had to chip at the road to get a grip with the tires. Also, the directions show across the freeway so we went in circles a few times unable to find the location
