Disappointed that the U-Haul system was down when I went to pick up the truck. But glad multiple people were able to make it happen. Wauconda self storage was fantastic, super helpful employees. I couldn't return the truck electronically, the website couldn't pin point my location, the location bar code scanner wouldn't work, and even if it did, I couldn't find the location bar code. The truck I rented didn't have a ramp, which is the first time I've had that happen. I thought all U-Haul trucks had a ramp. Truck also notably has been in a front end collision.
Glenn HEverything was ready to go, it was a quick transaction. I secured a truck on line and it was ready to go when I arrived in the morning. The staff was pleasant and efficient.
