Wrong lock was on the truck so we had to call customer service 2x until someone could eventually get us the correct code

Communication could have been better but they made up for their mistake on rental
Michael BOnline is says they are open on Sunday. I got there approx 1:20pm and it was closed and they DO NOT have a secured drop box. So I will have to drive 40 minutes AGAIN to go down and drop off the key today. Very frustrating and was not what I was expecting to have to do today after taking truck there yesterday. They should have a secure keybox - they did have a mail box that anyone can open and access. I did not want to risk the truck being stolen by leaving the keys there.
