How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing everything is fine but if they can deliver the truck to the customer it would improve on their rates and get more customers
Salvador MWe were told someone would call day before just for confirmation that didn't happen we had to go way out of the way to pick up truck. The whole experience has been nightmare
Norma PWrong lock was on the truck so we had to call customer service 2x until someone could eventually get us the correct code
KRISTINA MCommunication could have been better but they made up for their mistake on rental
