Refrigerator dolly not available after speaking with agent who assured me he would have one. Return of vehicle was difficult because of software. Regional agent was helpful.

JOSEPH OMy trailer was not connected properly and fell off. Luckily it did do damage or kill anyone. This needs to be corrected at every single location. It’s a dangerous practice. The trailer leaked water onto my belongings. I wasn’t happy about the experience overall. .
