This location is not informative, just kind of threw keys at me with no instructions. Did not verify my form of payment that I made the reservation with (people may want to use a different card/form!) and took the key back and said nothing as well. I'm also not sure why I was just charged an extra $2.70 (not going to argue about it) when I brought the truck back within my time period (even called to confirm when I had it to), and I also put more gas in it than when I first picked it up. It was at 3/4 when I got and I brought it back full!

The wireless tire monitoring system was not working and it took me a while to figure out how to get rid of the message on the display so I could see the mileage. I checked the tires and they seemed to be properly inflated.

Kathleen HBad stuff: 1) The truck cab was filthy - with sticky fluids in the cupholders and console, it smelled like VAPE 2) The U-Haul system was down when I went to pick up the truck, causing a delay. Good stuff: 1) This is a gas station with a few trucks - it didn't look like they had cleaning facilities 2) They gave me the keys and promised to send the contract by email later in the day. 3) The return was fine 4) The invoice was correct
Michael LWe had no issues with the dropoff location itself but U-Haul really screwed us over with the dropoff, making us drive over an hour out of our way to pick up a truck due to not planning properly. And didn't offer any additional compensation.
