The truck leaked when it rained. When I called the regional office I got a “thank you we will make a note” on your account so the truck would be looked at. So, I guess I will rent elsewhere next time. Hope the unfortunate soul that rented it after me was warned since I dropped it off by 7am because is was being rented out again that day at 9am

Wayne GHours on U-Haul said open until 1700 on Sunday. Google Maps said open until 1700 on Sunday. Even called that Sunday morning and talked to someone. Adjusted travel plans to ensure getting there before 1700. Showed up before 1700 and place was closed up. No one around. Not a huge fan of returning the equipment via the app and wanted a person to be there to check in truck.
