Advise your agents to provide a “realistic” verbal estimate that includes “other” fees during in-person transactions. This becomes useful when/if all the rental documents (5) are being emailed to the customer while standing at the rental counter. I suffered unpleasant sticker shock once I was able to review the final receipt that was emailed. Consider offering short term rental discounts ie: 90 minute, 4 hour etc
