The man was really friendly and nice.He was better than any other place I went to. If I ever need U Haul again I will be asking to rent from him again.

It was fine. Only "issue" was the estimate I received never mentioned the $64 insurance charge, which I'm not sure I even needed as I think my own auto insurance covered the rental.
Anthony IAdvise your agents to provide a “realistic” verbal estimate that includes “other” fees during in-person transactions. This becomes useful when/if all the rental documents (5) are being emailed to the customer while standing at the rental counter. I suffered unpleasant sticker shock once I was able to review the final receipt that was emailed. Consider offering short term rental discounts ie: 90 minute, 4 hour etc
