great service and very friendly but last lear he didn’t have a trailer i needed as before, forced to go use the Honesdale location that housed junk inside and outside. i had dropped my wife off and she went inside while i had parked lined up to trailer, i person came out screaming and very rude that i had to park up front. when i was done doing what she yelled at me to do i went inside to sign paperwork. the owner i assume along with her husband were rude to me while they didn’t know my wife was inside before i came in and was trashing me why i don’t know. I was very happy that waymart location had the trailer i need this time and went very very well. This was a wake up call that i thought all hal locations were very friendly but i was wrong. i stared to the owner of waymart location the ordeal that happed prior to picking this unit up and his statement was it’s not the first time and they dreaded going to honesdale location. Waymart 5 star and honesdale -5 any questions please call thank you
KENNETH KOffice smelled like cigarettes smoke. I returned the truck with the same about of gas I picked it up with but got charged $24 for an additional four gallons. Also charged $30 a day for insurance coverage that I declined when i made the reservation. Plus a $25 charge for cleaning.
