When I picked this trailer up in Meridian Mississippi, I told the man I want to drop it off at Waynesboro Mississippi and he said no problem but the paperwork said a different. The man just flat out lied to me. The trailer was supposed to be dropped off 30 miles north of my house Instead of 10 miles south of my house, but the man in Waynesboro went ahead and accepted the Trailer.

My unit was not clean
Abbie HAgent was rude and said they stop doing uhaul at 4 p.m. so when I got there he said he tells customers that so they get there so he can leave..I was 30 mins away when he said I had to be there by 4 he did not have my dolly I requested and charged me anyway for a upgrade I had to cancel my reservation the day before because my truck was not available .it was a very poor experience..
Mannuel BDidn't get my deposit back and I returned the truck days before I was supposed to
