DANA SCorporate has to do a better job relaying information to its satellite stores. It turns out the right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand. According to my email notification I was supposed to pick up my rental at x ‘o’clock but it turns out a two hour difference. When I arrived my mind was in a frenzied panic mode. After waiting a couple of minutes the owner of the shop was opening the door.
