Not open as stated on front door of business or as shown on the U-Haul website. I waited around for 30 minutes and still no show. I went back later to insure he (the owner/manager?) was aware of my drop off . He advised me he would process this transaction later that day. He did so, but had me checking in the trailer 3 hours after the appointed time. There appears to be no additional charge so that is a plus. He stated he was busy with family due to Thanksgiving as the reason he was late to this location. The exit onto the highway from his lot seriously needs work done. There is no acceleration lane and it is so cratered that one must proceed very cautiously as not to potently damage their vehicle.
