When we dropped off the trailer in their lot and then went inside to talk to the Ameristop attendant, he said we had to come back the next day since it was after 8pm. My reservation said this was a 24/7 drop off location. I had already disconnected the trailer. He did not bother to tell me to use the Uhaul app to return the trailer. He was not helpful or friendly. I will not go to that location again. I called Uhaul customer service and realized I could use the app to return the trailer.
