The girl that hooked up my trailer didnt connect it to the ball hitch and the trailer flipped off the hitch while driver and dented my motorcycle

JUSTIN MI recd a $40 discount to drop off trailer here so I accepted. When I arrived, I was told it might be 2 hrs before someone could unload me. I said this was not acceptable and became agitated after driving 35 minutes out of my way to receive the discount. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes on someone to unload me. I will be calling a manager to complain. Jeff
jeffry bThis location staff has you park the truck off property across a four lane highway that does not have a cross walk and then run across the highway to drop the key off. They will not let you drop the truck off in the parking lot. Someone is going to get killed running across this highway it is not a pedestrian crossing this MUST be addressed so dangerous and so terrible to have a customer drive a truck to a storage yard then risk their life to bring a key back the owners of this location should be responsible and need to have their rights to rent revoked. Please address promptly before someone gets killed.
