Seems as if U-Haul was a side-line; certainly not a focus. I returned my rental a day early; no one accompanied me dropping the trailer; I was told my return would be updated on my account, but after 24 hrs I still had not heard, nor was my account updated. I had to send several emails and a few phone calls to get it straight. The people at what I assume is a customer service office/desk were helpful; one was VERY HELPFUL. (Apparently, the wrong trailer number was assigned to my rental, thereby causing some confusion or uncertainty when I returned it. That's why I said: CHECK ALL THE DOCUMENTS. TRUST BUT VERIFY.
