100 percent very nice and helpful. We were filling up then heading to a different after hours drop off because the website said they were full but they had room. The owner of the gas station said he could check it in. It went perfect. Highly recommend this location.

The representative wasn’t very helpful, didn’t know how to respond when we told them about a mileage mistake that was made there was an extra 500 miles on the U-Haul when we picked it up that was not recorded on the contract. They said there was nothing they could do and didn’t even try to get it fixed. They couldn’t find the keys for a good while. We were there over an hour try to get the truck
Devlin HThere was no uhaul representative available at this location. The clerk had to call 2 different people to get authorization to give me the truck.
Steve CNo one was available to assist me. I had to find rocks to block the trailer tires. I had to call U-haul twice to get the location to check in my trailer. When they checked it in, they put the wrong date/time.
