Train your staff how to do all transactions including how to rent a truck. Gentleman Saturday morning hat no clue what to do and instead charging for a one day rental, that's what I needed, he was charging me two days, then another lady came into the building tried to help out was blaming on the computer been too slow. When I asked a question, she responded very rude, so unprofessional.
