I think some kinda of rebate is due to the fact the equipment that I had marked for reservation was not available which led me to have to buy a dolly 10 times the cost it would have been had the equipment been available as the reservation was made

Keith GI told the man at the pickup location when I would be dropping off my equipment. I was never told that I would be charged an extra day or I would have waited to pick up until right before they closed. I received a text saying I was supposed to drop off the trailer at 2:30. I was not able to drop off until 430 as we were in the middle of off loading when I received the text. I was charged an additional day and feel I shouldn’t have been when I told the pickup place when I needed to drop off.
