Called two days prior for an auto transport, let the employee know we’d be waiting there Saturday morning as soon as they open to pick up, no one was there even 45 mins after the opening time (10am) so we had to reach out to management to get someone over to that location. Huge inconvenience, we were on a time frame and everything was delayed because no one was at work to help us without the reservation we had made.
