Great people (Kelly and Melissa). One problem on pickup. This location did not have a connector for my GMC pickup. This caused an unexpected delay.

Matthew RThe only thing that identified this location was 1 large uhaul truck parked in a prominent spot. Didnt see an office with a sign on it. Saw a woman spraying something like insecticide and talked to her. She knew what we were supposed to do.
RICHARD MThis issue is strictly to do with Uhaul corporate. They called and moved my pick up location and truck size 3 times from the original booking less than 24 hours from the pick up time. They also moved it to a location that didn’t have the equipment I ordered with the rental. They also charged me for the equipment the location didn’t have. We’ve used uhaul many times and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.
