Dog hair in cab and smelt like a wet dog. The mileage rate is ridiculous way to expensive along with the high fuel cost

Joe CWe didn't have any issues with the rental process or the truck. I was glad that a family member was allowed to pick up the truck and drop it off. We did return the truck the same day, but I received a phone call the next morning that we had not returned it yet. If needed, I would use U Haul again.
April RThe doors were unlocked, looks like someone slept in it. Trash in the cab, had to clean it. The cargo area smells like rotten fish. Terrible experience
