This return was after hours and the drop box is located in a very bad place it’s a fixed to a building in which you have to climb a rock wall in order to get to it. As I climbed the wall I lost footing and fell off directly on my back and my head hit the pavement and landed with my wrist turned . There were witnesses to this accident many came running to help. You need a set of steps. It should be mandatory. After a long day of moving no one should be expected to climb a rock wall with open pockets in it and be worried that snakes could be seeking shelter from the heat. I worry for the elderly who rent and the people with children who live in this community.
