Our drop off experience was not good. First, a text sent us to the wrong location: they did not accept trailers. So we had to dirve 5 miles in the other direction to the Monticello Rd. location. This was a do-it-yourself drop off location. So, I had to find the app, load it, make an account, and figure out the process. It all took longer than we expected which disrupted our other plans. There was no one there to help and the signs weren't great. My son and I had to move the trailer into place - luckily we were physically able to do that. If I had been on my own, I would not have. I would never choose to do a self-drop off again.
VALERIE JChristian went above and beyond. He was able to meet me at a time that worked for me and was able to get me checked in and out on the road in a matter of minutes. Great work!
