The lock to get the key out was almost impossible to unlock. If you have an older person with arthritic fingers, it would be impossible. The check in process once you arrive could easily be done ahead of time. You either need to fix the lock to something digital that works well or you need to take away the self check in process all together. I also rented the truck for 24 hours but didn’t need it that long and returned it 14 hours early and didn’t receive a discount for it.

DAWN KIt would be nice if U-Haul was able to transport equipment between locations, it was frustrating to have to drive 3 hours to get our equipment.
