The only complaint I have is for the IT department. The website is awful and app doesn’t work. The app constantly kicks me out.

RYAN ETruck was clean and well maintained. It was not near our destination and did not have the blankets we reserved. Would I recommend the location? If one wanted to reserve a U-Haul in Webster City Iowa, sure. If you wanted one in Ames Iowa, I would say it’s not convenient. The process was efficient and representatives pleasant, at pick-up and drop off.
