Craig MI called them to verify drop off as I received a text asking me to return to spooner wi which was far for us. She assured me we could return to them No problem. When we arrived I called the number provided and she said ok she had everything but could not find the location. She said don’t worry she would get it changed. Good she did what she said. Overall we did not have a good experience with U-haul itself
