Andria GDon't charge me $8.00 for something I was supplied. I marked on the app that the moving blankets weren't present when I picked up the truck.
Thomas4836 BSo, I am very disappointed in the way that when I put my order in for GRANTSBURG, Wisconsin & you confirm that, then awhile later you send an email saying you switched it to CENTERVILLE, MN 64 miles away. Webster U-Haul is 15 miles from my house and is in the same state. Why would I drive 120 miles extra to take my vehicle 30 miles down the road. The guy at Centerville was very unhelpful when I contacted him the previous week, then when he called AGAIN, when I was towing my vehicle he was very rude. I would not recommend or use CENTERVILLE U-Gaul EVER. The lady in Webster at Larry’s LP was awesome, respectful, & understanding.
Bryan PI don't think you need to improve anything. The equipment is like new for what we needed and the price is just fine.
