Had to change drop off locations. Called the help number and was connected to Christy, She was Fantastic, got me a new place to drop quickly and was just Great to deal with !

GREGG BCar dolly had a little damage to the one fender initial price was lower than contract price once I got to the store by almost $40. Upon drop off in Missouri U-Haul wanted another $70 in fees that were not stipulated in the original contract I was billed for this and they are supposed to reimburse me the difference back but they have not yet. Be very careful so you don't get overcharged after you drop your rental back off 🤬😡🤬😡
JOSEPH SThe trailer smelled of diesel fuel and petroleum products. There was grease residue in the corners. We cleaned it as best we could but the stench never dissipated the entire time we had the trailer.
