There was feces and broken glass in the back of the uhaul, when I told the lady she said " I don't clean them, I just dispatch" The second one she gave us was also filthy, it had cigarette ashes in it, someone's old toothpick and hat, I will never go back to this location again, the people were extremely rude and the equipment was extremely filthy

I had booked out of St Catherine's and as it was a one way trip it cost me $40 for a Uber to go to Welland
JAMES Bwhen we arrived the trailer was covered in snow and the tonque was frozen into the ground the girl had to shovel out the trailer .It didnt fit properly onto my truck as their trailer hitch was frozen in the meantime my son in law has to use a torch to get the ice out of the trailer hitch so we could attach it to our truck. We drove three hours to our new house when we dropped it off it was after hours had a hard time getting it un hitched but we managed . I know no one can control the weather but i do feel that in welland they could of cleaned the snow and ice off.
