you changed my location and didn't notify me. your representatives (2 of them one at each location) didn't call customer support to get the screw up with the rental (on your end, i had the email confirmation) while i was there forcing me to call and get a regional manager to fix the issue. Stupid. Then you sent me back to the original store to get a truck from the idiot there who told me there were no rentals available!! And the regional manager made the reservation changes. So how did i get a truck from the original place when she told me she had none available if my original rental didnt get put through on your end? Just a complete cluster*uck on your end. Never had such poor in person service.

A little better signage to show where to park and where the U-haul office was located.
EDWARD LTheir actions were fraudlulant. Attendant thought we drove away then sent the receipt charing $33 plus for gas. We were there when the receipt wwas received. We left the tank full. Van was not moved or taken to the pumps. When questioned the attendant showed a picture of the temperature gauge and used the steering wheel to block the gas gauge. He knew exactly what he did. Had we driven away we would have had no defence. He did not deny what he did or apologize. Expectations is that this was a regular event. When notified UHaul, customer rep provided the refund but would do nothing about their actions stating this happens regulary.
LEONARD FFirst the issue I have is that now we are required to do the work that should be done by the company. Why am I checking for damage and cleanliness? Why do I need to confirm all aspects of the rental that used to be done with an attendant? And this particular unit has a cargo floor that was dirty and not swept out from the last user. Again not my responsibility to clean it but it falls on me if I want a clean truck. What an I paying for? And this unit (which you can see we have rental multiple times) has had an HVAC issue for months. Told them that the fan didn't work a couple of times and it is still not repaired. Lucky it wasn't the summer or dead of winter because the vehicle would be unusable. Very frustrating that UHaul has made the customer an employee that actually pays rather then get paid for their work.
