KATHARINE DMake sure the sliding door opens. I got it my destination and when I went to open the sliding door it would not open. I suspect that it maybe have been frozen in one spot because I eventually managed to get it open but it was a delay that could have been avoided.
JENNIFER PHard to understand (language barrier) all these small locations are unorganized and don't know what there doing. You fill everything out online ahead of time to make things easier but still takes forever in the store. You need to rethink your strategy on the way you do business. Truck's are always in rough shape because nobody ever checks them. This is the case at more than 1 location.
JULIANE SThere was feces and broken glass in the back of the uhaul, when I told the lady she said " I don't clean them, I just dispatch" The second one she gave us was also filthy, it had cigarette ashes in it, someone's old toothpick and hat, I will never go back to this location again, the people were extremely rude and the equipment was extremely filthy
