I was very happy with my experience. I rented a 5' x 9' trailer which was clean and ready to go. The U-Haul rep was very helpful. The check in procedure was quick and easy. He came out to the trailer and hooked it up for me and made sure the lights were working. When I returned the trailer the rep was very pleasant.

There was a rubber moulding missing on the driver side door, which made driving at highway speeds very loud inside the cabin. Not as critical, but the fuel efficiency metre was not working either.
