While everything was pretty good with this rental and the service picking it up... I was a little disheartened that when I went to return the Truck the door to the place was closed 15 minutes before the close time making it necessary for me to do the return online... Not only was I affected by this ... There were several other people that were apparently picking up trucks and trying to figure out how to get them... Probably the biggest iritating factor was when I had finished doing the return online and went back to the front door to drop the key in the return box the employee that had checked me out orginally came out of the locked door and put a key for another truck in the after hours pickup box and then went back inside. Tells me that the concern here isn't for customer convenience but rather employee convenience .

ANDRE JTruck was waiting for me in front of office and ready to go. Company rep helped me with pick up and was very friendly, allowed me to park my car by front entrance while using the truck. Truck return was easy and completed by the same employee, no surprises. I would definitely rent from this location again. A great experience overall!
