There is insufficient parking space and directions for dropping off equipment. U-Haul shouldn’t expect customers to know to drive and park on the lawn at the side of the road. A real parking lot would help a lot. The manager was very lazy, uncaring, and unhelpful. I will use U-Haul in the future, but I will not use this location.
