shelly has great customer service skills. This location had what we needed and made the process easy. the grounds should be maintained better...as there were trucks that looked like they were stuck in the mud.

ricky kWe rent from this location frequently and have always had great experiences with the staff—they're friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, our most recent rental had some issues with the vehicle. When we arrived at our destination and went to start the truck, it wouldn't start at all and had completely lost power. We had to open the hood, and after jiggling the wires connected to the battery, power was restored. The truck then lost power multiple times during the drive home as well. We appreciate the excellent staff, but the condition of this particular truck was disappointing and created unnecessary stress during our trip.
