Despite the guarantee when I reserved the truck, the location changed the reservation to a smaller truck. He then told me over the phone he would make sure I had the larger truck, but by the morning of our pickup, he did not have the larger truck. He had to send us to another location to get the truck we reserved. The process took 2 HOURS and somehow cost us more than I was quoted when I made the reservation online. He did nothing to make it right and said he hadn't heard that uhaul guarantees your reservation. This added much unneeded stress to our move, and I would not recommend this location.
