CARLOS DI was supposed to get credit for gas ? It was empty luckily gas station close by I put in 20.00 dollars and on traveled short distance. Would like some credit back? Thank you
LASHUN RWhen I picked up the U-Haul truck, I asked the employee Tyler if I could extend my time from 3:30 pm to 5pm. He told me that he could do that for me. So I planned my whole day thinking I had till 5pm. At 3:10 he calls me and says that “dispatch” booked my U-haul to someone else and that I had to return it back by 3:30. I told him that’s not possible since I still had all of my belongings on the truck. After I told him that, he told me that I had to pay for an additional day. So not only did he not stick to our agreement, he tried to get me to pay extra money for his blunder! VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I asked to speak to a supervisor and said that there was no one else I could speak to to help me resolve this issue. After I hung up on him, I was able to contact U-haul customer care and they easily extended my time to 5pm with no questions asked. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
