I rented the Uhaul for a day and was charged a daily rate and then they told me I had to have it back at 1 pm when I rented it at about 7:30 am. They then called me and told me to have it back by 5 pm because somebody else rented it. I told them I rented it for 24 hours and would do my best to return it by 5 pm but couldn't guarantee it. I returned it at 6:30 pm. I didn't appreciate the additional stress they added to me and not to mention the injustice because I got charged for 24 hours. Then I looked at my receipt and there is a $54 additional charge which I don't know what it's for. I would appreciate somebody calling me to resolve this issue.

The truck had a horrible urine smell and the windshield was dirty. We rented the truck for 24 hours. The guy at the front counter charged me for a two day rental, and then got upset when I called to request a refund. He then proceeded to say that the fee must have been a gasoline fuel charge, and not a two day rental fee. Again, not correct. We put gas before we returned the truck. The guy has a short fuse. : (
