JAMES CMaking arrangements to pick-up and drop off were excellant. The vehicle was another matter. First parking brake froze and too over 45 minutes to get unstuck. Communication with U-Haul via phone is a waste of time. System continually changed my address and phone number. never gor a call back or test anout assistance. Vehicle drove very loose and hard to keep in lane when empty. When loaded was a bit better but shouldn't be that way -I think...
