Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment before I was able to leave with my rental. While the employee was very kind, it was a frustratingly long process that should’ve taken at most 15-20 minutes, especially since I checked in prior online.
Benjamin HI submitted a review last night through a link sent to my phone, but would like to reiterate my mention of these deficiencies: - AC/fan were not working barely at all on a very hot day. - the shift lever on the column felt as though it was going to fall off. - even though we were traveling at posted speed limits and under, the speedometer read 80-100mph for the last part of our return trip home. And last night's text indicated we had not returned the rental 2 days after we did (15 minutes before it was due back). We expect better from UHaul regarding maintenance. Can we expect a reimbursement of a percentage of our costs based on the items listed above? Michael Heaney 401-529-9503
MICHAEL HOnly complaint I have is that the Air Conditioning doesn’t work. Nothing was blowing out of the vents.
