Not a lot of room at this location. And tucking the trailer in behind another U-Haul truck was a little dicey as it required pulling out on the highway a couple times with the front of my car in order to line things up. No signage to indicate where to leave the equipment nor any lines on the blacktop. Not well lit either which made it a little difficult to take the return photos. Needed a second person to hold a flashlight in order to provide sufficient illumination as we returned after dark. The trailer ended up on a slight slope so chocking the wheels was a necessity But overall, we got through it and were able to get back on our way in about twenty minutes. One thing to note with this 6x12 trailer: it is HEAVY, and lifting it off of the ball is not exactly easy. I had a long 2x4 with me that I was able to use as a lever to lift it off. This trailer should really have a jack on the tongue to get it on and off the hitch. The whole self return process is convenient, but it does seem a little weird leaving a $10,000 trailer in a dark, unattended driveway, with no "hand-off" to a real person. I guess the photos that you take are your proof that you returned it.

The two girls there were very helpful
David FThere should be an info sheet to read ahead of rental explaining fees and expectations. It was very confusing.
Sheila RDrop off did not happened as planned. The RF wheel bearing broke on the truck. It needed to be towed for repair.
Gaylynn HYou can begin by accurately displaying your actual prices. I placed an order for a 17’ truck, was brought through the entire process to believe that this was a possibility. Got to the location, and they had legitimately one truck that was 10’. This was listed at $39. Please tell me then, how a 5 hour truck rental cost me $136???? And 99 cents a gallon?? You have to be joking. Absolutely never, ever again. Stay far away from any piece of uhaul property, thievery at its finest.
