Dropped off the vehicle at 10am. Clerk told me i didn't need a receipt, dropped off the keys and i would be ok. I got 3 texts and emails from uhaul stating that i didn't drop off the vehicle. I spoke to 2 separate people regarding this and took 2 days to sort this out. Terrible standard and terrible communication and horrendous training for this clerk who clearly did not do his job. Terrible.

both locations were fine. the on-line check-in and check-out were confusing and it was difficult to get help. i would recommend both locations; i am not satisfied with the on-line experience.
