Did drop off no communication
Makeda PDropped off the vehicle at 10am. Clerk told me i didn't need a receipt, dropped off the keys and i would be ok. I got 3 texts and emails from uhaul stating that i didn't drop off the vehicle. I spoke to 2 separate people regarding this and took 2 days to sort this out. Terrible standard and terrible communication and horrendous training for this clerk who clearly did not do his job. Terrible.
Hoon Cboth locations were fine. the on-line check-in and check-out were confusing and it was difficult to get help. i would recommend both locations; i am not satisfied with the on-line experience.
AARON HAdam was terrific and very helpful, I would definitely use him again.
