The original vehicle had issues, the doors didn't seal properly. I returned to the rental location and received a newer vehicle that worked great.
MICHAEL PThis isn’t for this location specifically but UHaul in general. If you have to switch locations after truck availability changes after I booked it, I shouldn’t have to pay the extra driving distance. I had to pay an extra $25-30 because of a location switch that I didn’t request. That should be discounted. That should be easy enough to do.
