I feel that they experience could not have gone any better. The needed information on my vehicle and what I was towing was gathered quickly, and I was able to get where I needed to go and retrieve my vehicle and get the trailer back quickly. Everything went very well on check out and check in.

MICHAEL LThe original vehicle had issues, the doors didn't seal properly. I returned to the rental location and received a newer vehicle that worked great.
MICHAEL PThis isn’t for this location specifically but UHaul in general. If you have to switch locations after truck availability changes after I booked it, I shouldn’t have to pay the extra driving distance. I had to pay an extra $25-30 because of a location switch that I didn’t request. That should be discounted. That should be easy enough to do.
