Although I was previously told I could pick up the equipment at a different location, I found out the day before the move that I had to utilize this location. The representative at the West Jordan location was pleasant and helpful. The link to upload photos of the truck before taking it would not work. Due to the numerous conversations to obtain equipment and locations for drop-off prior to my move, I was quite disappointed with U-Haul in general.
