The trailer was cover in snow and ice. Took me 30min to smash off all the ice. Need to clean the trailers off little more regularly. The staff was very friend on the rental and the return

Cleanest UHaul truck I have ever rented. My pickup time was 10 AM, I called and asked if I could pick it up earlier, Ahmed came in early around 9:15 to accommodate - very appreciated!
Matthew EHitch lock was worn out and tightened down poorly. That made the entire trailer bounce on my hitch during the travel.. Inside the trailer was clean. The site took my money with an extra amount over the billing price. i have been back 3 times in the past week to get my refund and either the employee is not wiling to refund the full amount and/or the owner is not available and the business is locked. It looks like I will have to absorb that overpayment as soon I will have used that amount in fuel simply to try and find the business open to hopefully get my refund. The one good thing was that the size I needed was available, when I needed it. The overpayment taken and not being refunded is frustrating.
BRENDA JWhen a booking is made and the location is called prior to make sure they are open. It would be great if they were there. Nobody was there and I spent an hour on the phone with Uhaul and never ended up getting the Uhaul the day booked. Also, the truck was under a 1/4 of gas when picked up in rescheduled day. It would be nice to have a full tank so a customer doesn't have to worry about that in pickup. He asked me to fill to 1/4on return and gave me a $21 credit befor I left. It was under a 1/4(the same as when I left) he made me pay back the $21 on debit. A very poor experience and very frustrating.
