The man who had checked me out seem bothered by me trying to rent a truck. I had booked it through another location and there was some confusion as to what I was told on the phone vs what the system said. He did help me sort it out but seemed like I was bothering him.

I made a reservation for today for a 20 footer truck, reservation number 73428654 That was supposed to be guaranteed. And yet when we arrived, the clerk there only had a 10 foot truck for us and said our truck was given away to someone else. at 263 GRAHAM West Lorne. I'm extremely dissatisfied as this is insufficient when we have my apartment and my partner's apartment of furniture to move. This was insufficient, and I am extremely angry as I made this reservation days ahead. We had to make multiple trips, and this made our already stressful scheduled day even more difficult. I was constantly called to confirm that it was reserved so why wasn't it reserved? I tried reaching out to customer service multiple occasions, but nothing was resolved. I will never be using this company again, for ruining an important day of our lives
