The truck was dirty it had used water bottles from previous rental the gas was marked a little below what it said on the paper once I got in the truck, the worker failed to mention that the blankets to protect the furniture from sliding was rented and needed to be returned and not thrown away and charged my card $88 dollars I returned then but was going to throw them away because I’dont rent a uhaul on a regular bases so I didn’t know and after I told the store I’d bring them back he got an attitude as if it was my fault for the mis communication he even admitted that he failed to mention the rugs or whatever you call them were rented and needed to be returned

I was in need of boxes and a uhaul. I had tried several other locations and had no luck. I walked in the facility expecting to only get boxes since I didn’t have a reservation and I was able to get a truck as well. The price was great and the customer service was even better. This was my first time going there
