Greg was very helpful with me dropping the trailer off. His store is the most modern and clean one I’ve ever been in. The only thing i noticed in both stores was the men had to lift the front end of the trailers! Could get hernia or hurt! Why not provide a wheeled device that fits underneath it with a built in jack so the mount and dismount are done primarily by the device, not the servicer…I’ve seen them online and small airplane owners use this type of device! Corporate should provide with each franchise to aid services & reduce risk of injury.

OMAR LWould not recommend!!! I stood for an hour trying to get the code to the truck talking to four different agents who took forever to get me a simple code to get keys! The app wouldn’t work in the area I was in! I tried from three different phones! The gas mileage was wrong when I finally was able to receive my first receipt. The truck was given to me on 34 miles to empty HOW DANGEROUS! Everyone apologized but ZERO compensation was made!!! That’s mind blowing because why wouldn’t you compensate me after a guy said he would put in a request and I’m sure he didn’t! I was pushed back almost two hours due to poor customer service and communication!!!
