I was supposed to upload images of the truck & the mileage before leaving the site. I couldn’t open the link in the store and told the person at the counter . They didn’t offer help or the WiFi link. Was not able to complete this task prior to leaving the lot. It would be better to offer more help for this step. As far as I know, everything was ok but had there been any question I would not have completed this step as instructed.

JAMES HGreg was very helpful with me dropping the trailer off. His store is the most modern and clean one I’ve ever been in. The only thing i noticed in both stores was the men had to lift the front end of the trailers! Could get hernia or hurt! Why not provide a wheeled device that fits underneath it with a built in jack so the mount and dismount are done primarily by the device, not the servicer…I’ve seen them online and small airplane owners use this type of device! Corporate should provide with each franchise to aid services & reduce risk of injury.
