I was charged for gas and I shouldn’t have the lady took care of it for me so I’m pleased with her customer service she was prompt but future reference I hope that this doesn’t happen again it doesn’t feel good to have to wait to be reimbursed for your own money it’s a inconvenience

Y'all need to stop telling customers that you can pay cash in a Uhaul located & i was told it'll would be $100 deposit when i got the store i was told that it'll be $160.00 i didn't like that at all & i have been renting Uhaul & i was told with new customers that what they change was $160.00 I'm not a new customers

Need to repair equipment before renting. The vehicle was damaged and if I had ran into rain my household goods would have been damaged. Then after I got to the drop off site, I was accused of the damages the equipment.
