See my above comment concerning the pick-up of the UHaul rental. Because I was unable to pick-up the trailer and drop it off at my originally scheduled drop-off location in Baton Rouge (4 hours away), the UHaul never left the Pick-up location lot (never moved). I was told I would not be charged, and my credit card would be credited for a full refund. I was charged. I have contested the charge with my credit card company, so we shall see. I do have to add that this was the only issue. The young lady that worked at the pick-up location was extremely friendly and went out of her way to try to help us.
