This location, 161 Sterling Ave West Monroe, LA, was so unorganized and didn’t properly hookup the trailer to my truck which cause an accident just 2 miles after pulling away from that location. I’m also being charged for an extra day after the lady told me I wouldn’t be charged again because the accident was because of them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!!!
