Was told to pick up at 9am the only guy who knew how to do the stuff on the computer wasn’t there had to wait till a later time to pick up the unit!

ALBERT BRunning lights on the trailer did not work.
Brent SThe vehicle that I rented had a warning light for tire pressure and engine systems. The attendant was not helpful and provided some disclaimer that he (his Uhaul franchise) was not responsible or able to provide well maintained working equipment. When I expressed concern about the warning lights because I had siognificant rural mileage to accomplish, he offered a larger vehicle. I said, "I'll take it for the same price" he agreed and then charged my card an additional $16.66 without discussion or informing me. This was a very unpleasant experience.
