Dropped auto hauler off 1 day early and had to go back the next day because the showed I haven’t dropped it off, the guy I talked to who was over the U-Haul said he would take care of it, he didn’t. Had to call U-Haul because I didn’t want to charged for it being late when I dropped it off early. My app showed I dropped it off late but I wasn’t charged extra, because I call U-Haul in advance. Also I took pictures when I dropped it off just in case something like this happened. I wouldn’t recommend using JMart west at all.
